Straight up. Pinchazo isn’t someone you casually invite over for a forgettable evening. They’ve a dark side; with an even darker disorder. Their presence feels weighty. Heavy, even before they touch your lips.
That first sip lands like a sucker punch. Dark, roasted maltiness; damp earthiness from a relentless rain; and heavy smokiness, curling off charred wood. The flavour jolts you into the moment. Deliberate and confident. The kind that tells you they know their stuff; they’ve been around the block; and don’t care if you’re ready or not. Most won’t be.

Best you do, if you wanna figure this one out. That second sip is gonna hit deeper. Bitter edges you hadn’t noticed before. Dark caramel lurking underneath. The barest whisper of hops wafting through the thickness. Purposefully impolite. But, if you appreciate the darker things in life, you’ll savour the craftsmanship. Order amongst chaos.
